At the beginning of June, I traveled to Korea to attend the WCCBT2023 conference! It is positioned as a world conference of cognitive behavioral therapy.
At the conference, I attended a workshop by Dr. Stefan Hofmann, one of the proponents of Process-Based Therapy, and we chatted about various topics, such as “I am currently translating a book you wrote on Learning PBT, and it will be published this year.
I am sharing this as a NOTE article because I really learned a lot! I’m dividing the article into two parts because it became longer than I expected when I wrote it. I hope to publish the second part soon. Please look forward to it!
