Sugawara, a member of the Network Group in this area, held a workshop applying Process Based Therapy at TRiSTAR’s (University of Tsukuba) “Transborder Science Camp”.
In order to improve their wellbeing as researchers, we captured the concerns of individual researchers in a network if using the EEMM Grid, and together we discussed how to work with them to align their activities with what they value (values) as researchers.
It was also an opportunity to share the potential of process-based therapy and network thinking (analysis) with researchers in other fields.
