We are deepening our planned research for the pending Academic Transformation (A) “Ultra-High Definition Psychiatric Care 2.0: Academic Infrastructure for Trustable Human-AI Fusion Psychiatric Care”.
The Psychological and Medical Infrastructure B01 team will meet again with the research leader, Assistant Professor Jun Kashihara of the Department of Social Psychology, Faculty of Sociology, Toyo University, and the research members, Assistant Professor Daichi Sugawara of the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Human Sciences, University of Tsukuba, Assistant Professor Natsumi Tsuda of the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Psychology, Doshisha University, and Researcher Yuri Kitahara of the Department of Social Psychology, Faculty of Sociology, Toyo University, as well as a meeting with the team, The team also discussed the objectives and basic strategies of the planned research group.
We confirmed that the objective is to bridge the gap between “network analysis with full use of mathematical models” and “process-based therapy with the help of network thinking,” and to put it into a form that can be easily utilized in clinical practice. We also shared that the basic strategy is to conduct careful secondary analysis from the perspective of clinical psychology using existing data from Japan and overseas.
We will continue to hold discussions with many professors for the further advancement of this field.
